These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and jilikk Casino ("jilikk," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the jilikk online gaming platform available at jilikk.one and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform"). 2.4 Exclusion of Employees. Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of jilikk and its affiliated companies, game providers, and technology partners are not eligible to register as players on the Platform.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Information. 4.4 Currency. All transactions on the jilikk Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. jilikk is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your payment provider.

4.5 Prohibited Funding Sources. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your jilikk account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. jilikk reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering laws.

4.6 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. jilikk may require that withdrawals be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to applicable limits and verification requirements.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Promotional Offers. jilikk may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses awarded on the jilikk Platform are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the terms of each individual promotion.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions. 7.2 jilikk reserves the right to investigate any suspected prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Suspension by jilikk. jilikk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jilikk reasonably believes that you have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Users.

11.2 Closure by User. You may close your jilikk account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the jilikk Platform will immediately cease. 13.4 Class Action Waiver. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only, and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 jilikk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification.

14.2 Your continued use of the jilikk Platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.2.
